We’re working with an established investment management firm, and they’re looking for a senior Agile Delivery Lead to drive delivery across its investment-technology teams.
Think of it as a project manager with high-level thinking — a ‘conductor’ who pieces things together, sees round corners and keeps complex, multi-team delivery moving. You’ll work at the heart of a technology organisation that’s shifting toward modern, AI-centred ways of working.
What you’ll do
• Lead delivery across investment-technology initiatives, joining the moving parts into a coherent whole
• Bring structure and pace to complex, multi-stakeholder delivery
• Work closely with product owners, engineering leads and domain experts across technology, operations and investments
• Drive Agile ways of working, delivering value iteratively
• Keep stakeholder engagement high, and outcomes clear, measurable and valuable
What you’ll bring
• Extensive experience leading Agile projects and delivery, at a senior level
• A forward-thinking, analytical mindset — able to anticipate, connect and orchestrate
• Strong stakeholder management and communication
• Experience delivering in a technology environment, ideally within financial services or asset management

Office-based in Cape Town.
