We’re working with an established agricultural technology (AgTech) business, and they’re looking for a Business Operations Manager to help them scale — someone who brings order to complexity, builds effective systems and processes, and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.
The role is simple: make things happen. You’ll work across Client Success, Product, Development, Sales and Administration to keep the business running smoothly, priorities aligned and commitments delivered.
What you’ll do
• Keep teams focused on the right priorities, and drive follow-through and accountability
• Build and improve operational processes, systems and ways of working
• Ensure key business administration is completed accurately and on time
• Manage visibility on client health, risks and key issues
• Coordinate delivery across Product, Development, Client Success and Sales
• Support client onboarding, agreements, renewals and service commitments
• Identify operational bottlenecks and resolve them quickly
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years’ experience, highly organised and execution-driven
• A strong communicator who can align different teams and stakeholders
• A proven ability to build systems, processes and operational discipline
• Comfortable taking ownership and solving problems independently
• Experience managing people, projects or cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of fruit-packhouse / agricultural operations (a must for this role)
Advantageous
• Afrikaans (a plus, not a requirement)
Working model
Remote, based in the Western Cape, with occasional in-office days.
