Digital Marketing & Content Specialist

We’re working with an established industrial automation business that provides automation, instrumentation and control solutions to the mining and industrial sectors, and they’re looking for a Digital Marketing & Content Specialist to build and manage its online presence.

You’ll create compelling content that showcases technical expertise and project work, and drive brand awareness across digital platforms — translating complex technical work into engaging, commercially relevant content for industrial and mining audiences.

What you’ll do
• Produce high-quality video, written and visual content showcasing projects, products and technical capabilities
• Manage and grow the company’s presence across LinkedIn, YouTube and other platforms, with a structured content plan
• Maintain and update the website (WordPress or similar) and implement SEO to improve discoverability
• Capture, film, edit and publish video and photography content
• Track digital metrics (reach, engagement, leads, conversions) and provide monthly performance reports
• Support the business-development team with marketing collateral, capability statements and proposal material

What you’ll bring
• 3–5 years’ experience in digital marketing, content creation, community management or a related field
• Proven video production (filming, editing, publishing), and tools such as Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
• Proficiency with LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms, and strong graphic design
• Experience managing websites (preferably WordPress or similar CMS) and an understanding of SEO, analytics and reporting
• Strong written communication — able to translate technical subject matter into engaging content
• A portfolio of previous work

Advantageous
• Experience in B2B, industrial, engineering, mining, automation or technical sectors
• A basic understanding of sales funnels and lead generation

Office-based in Pretoria.
