Information Systems Lead

We’re working with an established technology business, and they’re looking for a hands-on Information Systems Lead who personally builds and runs the systems estate, and in time builds and leads a small team.

This isn’t a pure analyst or app-developer role. You’ll own automation, integration, data and web across the business, taking executive direction and delivering without close supervision.

What you’ll do
• Build, debug and recover enterprise RPA automation workflows (e.g. UiPath, Blue Prism or similar)
• Own SQL Server — stored procedures, integration debugging and schema
• Design and maintain ERP integration architecture (any major ERP), and marketplace / order-flow automations using low-code and workflow-automation tools
• Maintain front-end web (HTML/CSS/JavaScript), product feeds and data exchange (XML/JSON)
• Build BI dashboards (e.g. Power BI or similar)
• Explore AI/LLM approaches (RAG / agentic workflows)
• Build and lead a small IS team over time

What you’ll bring
• A hands-on automation / integration background — RPA, SQL, workflow automation, web and BI
• Strong SQL Server, and ERP integration experience
• Front-end web (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) and data formats (XML/JSON)
• BI dashboarding, and the drive to step up into an IS-lead role

Advantageous
• AI/LLM — RAG or agentic workflows
