We’re working with an established software company whose platform brings CRM, contact-centre and workflow tools together for its customers, and they’re looking for a Solutions Delivery Lead.
You’ll own complex customer implementations end-to-end — turning business needs into practical solutions and guiding customers confidently from concept to go-live. It’s a role for someone commercially aware and client-facing, who combines structured project leadership with strong product intuition.
What you’ll do
• Lead multiple customer deployment projects from initiation to go-live, owning scope, quality, budget and timelines
• Build detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocations and risk/issue logs, and run the project ceremonies
• Act as the primary customer contact during deployment and build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
• Run requirements-gathering and solution-design workshops, translating business needs into functional designs, user stories and acceptance criteria
• Produce ‘as-is’ and ‘to-be’ process designs and gap analysis, guiding customers toward configuration over customisation
• Manage scope firmly — formal change control, dependency mapping and clear ‘must-have’ vs ‘nice-to-have’ boundaries
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years in software delivery, business analysis or implementation project roles
• A proven track record delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects to firm go-live dates
• Experience deploying CX / CRM / contact-centre software solutions
• A commercially aware mindset — you understand how scope creep affects delivery and margin
• Strong organisation, planning and documentation, and understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, hybrid)
• An IT diploma or degree
Advantageous
• Experience with CX / CRM platforms (e.g. Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, Odoo or similar)
• Contact-centre or customer-experience operations background, and API / integration familiarity
• Project-management certifications (PMP, Prince2, Agile/Scrum)
Working model
Hybrid in Cape Town — at least one day a week in the office.
