Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan release windows & cycles across portfolio

• Helping the team to maintain their Scrum tools

• Assist Product Owners in preparing and postprocessing the following ceremonies:
§ Sprint planning
§ Sprint grooming
§ Sprint review / demo
§ Sprint retrospectives

• Preparing and Producing sprint artifacts
o Sprint commitments
o Sprint review pack

• Facilitate Daily Stand-Up
• Helping team and product owner to find and adhere to our:
o Definition of Ready
o Definition of Done

• During sprint
o Monitor, track and drive sprint progress,
o Protecting team from any interruption / unplanned work
o Timely communication to Product Owner and Engineering Manager to notify them
of any impediments that may affect delivery of sprint commitments
o Ensure quality/accuracy of all work items is maintained throughout sprint
(acceptance criteria, developer notes, test cases, handover to technical writers)

• Compile release notes

• Running communication during release to broader business

• Confirming that items scheduled have been QA and product tested

Key competencies
• 3-6 years of previous release and/or project management experience, (Solid understanding
of project management principles preferred)
• At least one year working experience in Scrum/Agile environments
• Advanced knowledge of software development lifecycle
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills are a must

Attention to detail and accuracy is also essential.
