The Role:
- Write, maintain and improve efficient, reliable, and reusable code using modern programming languages.
- Create and update technical documentation for systems.
- Write and manage database SQL code.
- Repair and configure existing systems, fixing any issues that arise.
- Provide technical assistance for web and desktop applications.
- Develop new software systems using mathematical models and scientific analysis to predict results and evaluate design impact.
- Convert application storyboards and user scenarios into functional software.
- Create high-quality, scalable and predictable web applications, both internally and externally.
- Identify and solve performance issues and bugs.
- Contribute to maintaining the quality, and automation of code.
Experience:
- At least 4 years of experience in programming with a contemporary programming language.
- Knowledge of relational databases, including MS SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
- Proficiency in CSS, HTML and JavaScript.
