The Role:
- Liaise and communicate with clients.
- Keep record of communication.
- Coordinate communications with team members and clients when relevant.
- Escalate queries.
- Resolve client queries between projects.
- Process quotes.
- Generate orders.
- Check back-orders.
- Process renewals.
- Data entry.
- Opportunity management.
- Update CRM.
Experience:
- 3 years role experience
- Relevant level 4 NQF qualification.
- Sales administration experience within the IT sector crucial.
- Understanding of core IT structure, end point devices, cloud infrastructure, backup, disaster recovery and cyber security beneficial.
