The Role:

  • Lead the business’s customer service team.
  • Develop staff and systems to operate happily and optimally.
  • Be accountable for the end-to-end customer service of the business.
  • Develop leadership within teams.
  • Report on Key Performance Indicators across the board.
  • Maintain Quality Assurance so that the company can deliver its Brand Promise.

Experience:

  • Relevant degree beneficial.
