The Role:
- Implement CRM system.
- Understands Sales, Service and Marketing principles.
- Experience with the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM)
- Be the conduit between the client’s business users, stakeholders and technical team; is comfortable in front of clients and experienced and confident at
- Lead workshops.
- Elicit requirements.
- Craft solutions.
- Explain CRM concepts.
Experience:
- 5 years or more role experience.
- Dynamics 365 Customer experience.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE certifications required.
- 5 years’ experience in CRM implementation, configuration, system design or related business experience.
- 2 years or more experience with system integration or user acceptance testing.
- 5 years or more experience with business process design or re-engineering.
