The Role:
- Oversee, lead, and perform administrative roles for the digital team.
- Work with talent recruitment in the hiring process for members of your team.
- On-the-job training and upskilling.
- Conduct goal-plan contracts and performance reviews.
- Liaise with stakeholders and build and foster relationships.
- Be the point of liaison between the SDM and the Product Owner.
- Ensure targets are met by deadline.
- Ensure system availability.
- Engage with other companies and avail relevant technologies.
- Work with complex technical projects
- Engage hands on with development projects.
- Solutions integration.
- Responsible for product ownership where appropriate.
- Translate the product roadmap into a team roadmap.
- Ensure system audits go smoothly and hold responsibility for the process.
Experience:
- Relevant tertiary qualification.
- 5 years or more leadership experience.
- Experience in progressive database or software development.
- Systems development lifecycle experience.
- Project management.
- Agile development experience.
