The Role:
- Take ownership of IT disaster recovery and the IT systems business continuity plans.
- Ensure optimal remote working environments.
- Provide roadmaps on MI and Infrastructure every month and quarter.
- Make cost-benefits analysis.
- Ensure ICT hardware is operating optimally.
- Make sure that core business software is operating correctly.
- Manage an IT support team.
- Protect the organisations data by creating a enterprise wide security plan.
- Perform the role of the IT Security officer.
Experience:
- Relevant degree or diploma.
- 5 years role experience.
- Experience in IT security essential.
- Active Directory, Group Policies, MS Exchange, Core Switching/Routing, SSL/IPSec, SAN, Virtualization, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery experience.
- IT budget and strategy experience.
- Azure public cloud hosting experience.
- Cloudflare, Fortinet, Tessian, Darktrace, VMware, Azure Architecture, Windows Server, M365 E5, Zabbix, Grafana, MS Teams Voice.
- Knowledge of CIS Controls Framework
