The Role:

• Understand the main goals of the business.
• Synthesise those needs based on feedback from regional operations teams and agent networks.
• Design, create, test, sustain and manage software solutions that enhances the operations teams ability to do their job.
• Work across the organisation going beyond the typical responsibilities of a developer.
• Provide business solutions, finance, and operational solutions where appropriate.

Experience:

• Relevant qualification.

• Degree in Computer Science or Engineering beneficial.

• 4 years or more role experience.
• Java. 
• C#.
• Databases, data structures, algorithms, REST and modern architectures.
• Mobile applications delivery.
• Serverless applications delivery.
• Experience throughout the SDLC.
• Beneficial:
