The Role:
- Requirements gathering.
- Ensure Statement of Work is clearly defined and agreed to by all qualified stakeholders.
- Practise cross-functional collaboration.
- Communicate with internal resources where necessary.
- Participate throughout the product life cycle.
- Manage customer and stakeholder relationships.
- Spot and mitigate risks to both projects and tests.
- Recommend solutions to complex problems.
- Develop release cycles.
- Project and task management.
- Develop project plans.
Experience:
- Relevant degree or diploma.
- 4 to 5 years role experience.
- CRM experience beneficial.
- 2 years or more Project Management experience.
- Call centre experience beneficial.
