- Line management of an Agile team of developers and QAs.
- Continuously keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and engage in research and development activities.
- Perform the duties of a scrum master.
- Ensure timeous completion of sprint work.
- Understand the infrastructure needs of the team and solve any outstanding issues.
- Attend to administrative duties.
