- Ensure client satisfaction.
- Ensure system documentation data that is displayed is sourced from the correct data sets.
- Technical writing.
- QA process support.
- Log times, ticket throughput.
- Adhere to SOP.
- Relevant degree or diploma.
- 3 years or more role experience.
- Experience creating documentation with XML tools, Doc Gen and JavaDoc.
- Test Plan development experience.
