The Role:
- Drive the user experience for the proprietary Salesforce platform.
- Promote user adoption and skills development.
- Work with end users to improve UX.
- Attend group and client meetings.
- End-to-End feature and enhancement delivery.
- Establish and maintain organisational UX standards.
- Take responsibility for onboarding.
- Perform interviews with users to understand what works with designs and what needs improvement.
Experience:
- Relevant qualification.
- 3 to 5 years role experience.
- Mobile UX.
- ETL skills.
- Salesforce certification.
